AIC创新组合视频喉镜和光纤内窥镜引导气道交换的应用研究

摘　　要：目的研究3Aintree插管导管(AIC)的创新组合视频喉镜和光线内窥镜在引导气道交换中的应用。方法选取2020年1月~2022年1月苏州市相城区中医医院收治的80例困难气道气管插管患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组患者接受光纤内窥镜下插管,研究组患者接受AIC创新视频喉镜下插管,比较两组患者的插管总成功率、一次成功率、插管时间,诱导前(T0)、诱导后(T1)、气管插管即刻(T2)、插管2 min后(T3)血流动力学指标,插管并发症发生率。结果两组患者插管总成功率和一次插管成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者插管时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。T0和T1时刻,两组患者的收缩压、舒张压以及心率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);T2和T3时刻,研究组患者心率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者并发生发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论困难气道气管插管患者使用AIC创新组合视频喉镜能够适当提高一次插管成功率,缩短插管操作时间,同时还能够降低插管对患者的刺激,对稳定患者血流动力学指标具有积极意义,且AIC创新组合视频喉镜安全性值得肯定,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the application of Aintree Intubation Catheter(AIC)innovative combination video laryngoscope and light endoscope in guiding airway exchange.Methods From January 2020 to January 2022,80 patients with diffi cult airway intubation admitted to the Xiangcheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Suzhou were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the study group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients with the control group patients receiving optical fi ber endoscope intubation,the team accept AIC innovation video laryngoscope intubation,under the comparison of two groups of patients with total success rate,a success rate of intubation,the intubation time,as well as the induced(T0)before and after induction(T1),endotracheal intubation(T2),immediately after 2 min(T3)intubation hemodynamic index,the complication rate of intubation Results There was no signifi cant diff erence in the total success rate of intubation and the success rate of one intubation between the two groups(P>0.05).The intubation time of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).At T0 and T1,there was no signifi cant diff erence in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups(P>0.05).At T2 and T3,heart rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was signifi cantly lower than that in the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using AIC innovative combination video laryngoscope in diffi cult airway can signifi cantly improve the success rate of one intubation,shorten the intubation operation time,and reduce the stimulation of intubation to patients,which has positive signifi cance for stabilizing the hemodynamic indexes of patients.Moreover,the safety of AIC innovat
