摘　　要：妊娠期心血管系统疾病是导致母胎非产科死亡的重要原因,一些常见妊娠合并症会对孕妇的心脏造成不同程度的损伤。因此准确评价孕妇心脏功能对母胎预后至关重要。超声心动图具有无创、便捷、可准确评价心脏功能的特点。本文总结目前超声心动图技术评价健康孕妇及妊娠合并症孕妇心脏功能的应用价值,并展望超声新技术评价孕妇心脏功能的应用前景。Cardiovascular disease is an important cause of non-obstetric maternal-fetal death during pregnancy,frequent common pregnancy complications may induce varying degrees of damage to the maternal heart.Therefore,the accurate assessment of maternal cardiac function is essential for both maternal and fetal outcomes.Echocardiography is non-invasive,convenient imaging modality for evaluation of cardiac function.This review summarizes the utility of echocardiography in the evaluation of cardiac function between healthy pregnant women and pregnancy women with co-morbidities,and some perspectives for the future of novel echocardiography technology.
