摘 要:利用有限元软件,依据相关标准和参考文献对某一典型承受内压的立式设备的刚性环支座和耳式支座的结构进行有限元分析,验证了在不考虑热应力的情况下,刚性环支座比耳式支座受力更好的事实;比较了刚性环支座与耳式支座的热应力,得出了随着温度的升高,刚性环支座的应力值增大速度大于耳式支座,因此不适用于高温场合的结论,并对刚性环支座的热应力进行了分析。In this paper,the finite element software is used to analyze the structure of rigid ring support and lug support of a typical vertical equipment under internal pressure according to the relevant standards and references.The fact that the rigid ring support is better than the lug support is verified without considering the thermal stress.By comparing the thermal stress of the rigid ring support and lug support,it is concluded that with the increase of temperature,the stress value of the rigid ring support increases faster than that of the lug support,so it is not suitable for high temperature occasions,and the thermal stress of the rigid ring support is analyzed.
