摘  要:数字电液调节控制系统(DEH)是汽轮机控制的重要组成部分,用于实现汽轮机的调节和保护功能,其必须要保持极高的运行稳定性和安全性,对汽轮机DEH控制系统实行相关的优化措施也势在必行。本文基于对汽轮机DEH系统软硬件构成因素的分析,对某1050MW超超临界机组DEH系统可靠性进行分析并提出相应的优化措施,通过仿真等手段进行验证,进一步进行现场实际应用,保证机组稳定运行,并为同类百万超超临界机组提供参考。Digital electro-hydraulic control system(DEH)is an important part of steam turbine control,which is used to realize the regulation and protection functions of steam turbine.It must maintain extremely high operating stability and safety,and it is also imperative to implement relevant optimization measures for steam turbine DEH control system.Based on the analysis of the software and hardware components of the turbine DEH system,this paper analyzes the reliability of the DEH system of a 1050MW ultra supercritical unit and puts forward corresponding optimization measures,which are verified through simulation and other means,and further carries out on-site practical applications to ensure the stable operation of the unit,and provides reference for similar mega ultra supercritical units.
