摘　　要：文章从警用无线通信的角度出发,首先介绍了当前警用无线通信的现状以及警务实战的需求。然后阐述融合通信技术给警用无线通信带来的新发展,融合通信技术实现了从以语音通信为主的指挥调度跨越到以视频通信主的多媒体指挥调度。通过融合通信技术整合PDT窄带集群、B-TrunC宽带集群、POC数字集群3种不同网络之间的集群优势,从而实现全市范围内语音、视频、数据业务之间的互通,进一步提升警用无线通信的能力。最后文章针对警用无线通信,提出了宽窄带、公专网融合互通的实现技术和手段,以期为从事无线网络、信息化相关工作的从业人员提供参考。From the perspective of police wireless communication,this paper first introduces the current status of police wireless communication and the needs of police actual combat.Next,the new development brought by the converged communication technology to the police wireless communication is described.The converged communication technology realizes the leap from the voice communication-based command and dispatch to the video communication-based multimedia command and dispatch.By integrating the cluster advantages of PDT narrowband trunking,B-TrunC broadband trunking,and POC digital trunking through converged communication technology,the intercommunication between voice,video and data services within the city is realized,and the capability of police wireless communication is further improved.Afterwards,for the police wireless communication,the realization technology and means of integrating from broadband and narrowband and public and private networks are proposed.It can provide reference for practitioners engaged in wireless network and informatization related work.
