摘  要:目前,数控机床在我国的机械制造业中一直发挥着重要的主导作用,同时也是机床自动化加工行业的重要组成部分。如果数控机床因发生故障而暂时停止正常运转,将会大大降低加工企业的机床生产经营效率,给机床企业带来巨大的经济损失。而利用数控机床进行智能故障分析诊断相关技术的理论研究,就可以实时准确监测数控机床的日常运行管理状态,及时准确预测数控机床发生的故障,弥补机床企业的技术损失,提高机床产品以及加工工艺质量。文章主要总结了我国数控机床智能故障分析诊断相关技术的理论研究发展,分析了技术研究的重难点和各种可能的故障解决对策,并对未来的技术研究战略方向进行了展望,以期为利用数控机床进行智能故障分析诊断相关技术的研究提供新的应用发展思路。At present,CNC machine tools have always played an important leading role in China’s machinery manufacturing industry,but also is an important part of the machine tool automatic processing industry.If the CNC machine tool temporarily stops its normal operation due to the failure,it will greatly reduce the production and operation efficiency of the machine tools in the processing enterprises,and it will also bring huge economic losses to the machine tool enterprises.With the theoretical research of intelligent fault analysis and diagnosis technology,we can accurately monitor the daily operation and management state of CNC machine tools in real time,timely and accurately predict the failure of CNC machine tools,make up for the technical loss of machine tool enterprises,and improve the quality of machine tool products and processing process.This paper mainly summarizes the theoretical research and development of intelligent fault analysis,analysis of the difficulties and possible fault solutions,and discusses the strategic direction of future technology research,in order to provide new application ideas for the research of intelligent fault analysis and diagnosis.
