摘　　要：有品质风险的IGBT模组进入产品会对产品质量产生极大负面影响。文章根据IGBT模块系统检测的现状,研发和设计了基于LabVIEW的IGBT模块集成检测管理系统,主要由平板计算机、数据采集模块、IGBT驱动器和维护模组、通信和接口模组等构成。可以实现对62 mm包装、semix系统扁平封装和IHM封装系统IGBT模块电性能检测,可对测试数据实现录入、存储和打印操作。The entry of IGBT modules with quality risk will have a great negative impact on product quality.According to the current situation of IGBT module system detection,this paper develops and designs the IGBT module integrated detection and management system based on LabVIEW,which is mainly composed of tablet computer,data acquisition module,IGBT drive and maintenance module,communication and interface module.It can realize the electrical performance detection of 62 mm packaging,semix system flat packaging and IHM IGBT module of packaging system,and can realize the test data input,storage and printing operation.
