数字化转型对制造业全要素生产率提升的影响——来自上市公司的微观证据

摘　　要：本文通过收集2009~2020年A股制造业上市公司相关数据,选用双重差分模型和PSMDID方法研究制造业企业数字化转型与否对全要素生产率的提升效果,并进一步剖析以企业创新能力为传导路径的影响机制。结果表明,企业实施数字化转型能够通过提高企业创新能力进而显著提升全要素生产率,相较于未转型企业,生产率提升效力在57.0%左右;数字经济发展水平相对较低、经济发展相对较弱的西部地区企业受到数字化转型所带来的生产率提升效应相对更强,同时资本密集型行业企业和民营企业也能够获得更大的生产率提升效应。本文对于鼓励民营企业创新转型、融合数字化产业化改革,激发数字经济潜力以助推经济高质量转型发展具有一定借鉴意义。By collecting data related to A-share manufacturing listed companies from 2009 ~ 2020,the double difference model and PSM-DID method are selected to study the effect of digital transformation on total factor productivity of manufacturing enterprises with or without digital transformation,and further analyze the influence mechanism with enterprise innovation capability as the transmission path.The results show that the implementation of digital transformation can significantly improve total factor productivity by increasing the innovation capability of enterprises,and the productivity improvement effect is about 57.0% compared with that of non-transformed enterprises;enterprises in western provinces with relatively low level of digital economy development and relatively weak economic development are relatively more affected by the productivity improvement effect brought by digital transformation,while enterprises in capital-intensive industries and private enterprises can also obtain greater productivity improvement.Private enterprises are also able to obtain a greater productivity improvement effect.This paper has some implications for enterprises to integrate digital industrialization reforms and stimulate the potential of the digital economy to contribute to high-quality economic transformation development.
