摘  要:染料普遍应用于纺织、印染、皮革等行业。文章以桉木屑通过磷酸活化法制得活性炭,粉煤灰用碱熔融-水热合成法制得Na P1型沸石,分别探究了活性炭、Na P1型沸石、及它们不同比例复配对模拟染料亚甲基蓝的吸附。结果表明活性炭、Na P1型沸石都有较好吸附效果,活性炭吸附效果更好。当Na P1型沸石与活性炭在配比为1︰1时,吸附率可达96.46%。论文研究对于粉煤灰与按木屑的综合利用具有一定的参考价值。The Dyes are widely used in textile,printing and dyeing,leather and other industries.In this paper,the activated carbon was prepared from eucalyptus sawdust by phosphoric acid activation method,and Na P1 zeolite was prepared from fly ash by alkali melting and hydrothermal synthesis method.The adsorptions of simulated dye methylene blue by activated carbon,Na P1zeolite,and their different proportions was investigated respectively.The results show that activated carbon and Na P1 zeolite have good adsorption effect,and activated carbon has better adsorption effect.When the ratio of Na P1 zeolite to active carbon is 1︰1,the adsorption rate can reach 96.46 %.It has a certain reference value for the comprehensive utilization of fly ash and eucalyptus sawdust.
