摘  要:通过分析制革废水处理的用能构成,提出一系列制革污水处理厂节能设计的措施,以及节能减排导向下该系统的优化方法。分析处理制革污水防腐的重要性,进而提出防腐的有效措施。制革污水厂的建设也有“三废”的排出,应采取一定措施。本文分析制革污水处理厂现状,对环保及工程风险进行了分析,旨在为新(改、扩)建的制革厂从设计经验、设计参数等方面提供参考。A series of measures for energy-saving design of tanning sewage treatment and the optimization method of the system under the guidance of energy-saving and emission-reduction were put forward by analyzing the energy consumption composition of tanning wastewater treatment.The importance of antiseptic treatment of tannery wastewater was analyzed,and the effective measures of antiseptic treatment were proposed.The construction of tannery wastewater treatment plant also has“three wastes”discharge,so some measures should be taken.This paper analyzes the present situation of tannery wastewater treatment plant,the environmental protection and engineering risk,so as to provide reference for the new tannery from design experience and design parameters.
