摘  要:EDA技术凭借着计算机编程控制器、电子系统的自动计算优势,使复杂的数字系统设计变得简易智能化,有效使传统皮革裁断分拣机器完成高速流水作业,进一步提高了皮革加工的效率。在皮革生产中原有的裁断分拣设备中设计智能裁断分拣电子系统,采用可编程逻辑控制器配合高度传感器实时检测皮革样片大小;通过控制分拣传送机构和码垛机将裁断好的皮料依次整齐运输;采用以太网交换机与上位机、智能网关作为通信监测手段,对皮革裁断分拣过程实施精准监控,有效提高皮革裁断加工的分拣效率与准确性。Relying on the advantages of computer programming controller and automatic calculation of electronic system,EDA technology makes complex digital system design simple and intelligent,effectively enables traditional leather cutting and sorting machines to complete high-speed flow operations,and further improves the efficiency of leather processing.In this transformation,an intelligent cutting and sorting electronic system is designed in the original cutting and sorting equipment in leather production,and a programmable logic controller and a height sensor are used to detect the size of leather samples in real time;The leather materials are transported neatly in sequence;Ethernet switches,host computers,and intelligent gateways are used as communication monitoring methods to accurately monitor the leather cutting and sorting process,effectively improving the sorting efficiency and accuracy of leather cutting and processing.
