摘  要:针对某钢铁企业在开发超高强度抗震钢筋时产品检验中存在反弯断裂的情况,通过对比分析超高强度抗震钢筋反弯断裂试样和合格试样的化学成分、气体含量、性能、非金属夹杂、金相组织和断口等,查找反弯断裂的原因。结果表明,冷速过快,组织由奥氏体转变为网状铁素体+大块状珠光体,钢材韧性变差,是导致超高强度抗震钢筋反弯断裂的主要原因。In view of the fact that there is reverse bending fracture in the product inspection during the development of ultra-high strength seismic reinforcement in an iron and steel enterprise,the causes of reverse bending fracture are found by comparing and analyzing the chemical composition,gas content,performance,non-metallic inclusions,metallographic organization and fracture of the ultra-high strength seismic reinforcement reverse bending fracture specimen and the qualified specimen.The results show that if the cooling rate is too fast,the microstructure changes from austenite to reticulated ferrite+bulk pearlite,which leads to the deterioration of steel toughness,which is the main reason for the reverse bending fracture of ultra-high-strength seismic-resistant steel bars.
