板带轧机不同摩擦力影响下液压缸性能变化研究

摘  要:钢铁板带是钢坯经高温加热后通过板带轧机轧制而成。由于板带轧机采用液压系统进行控制,液压缸的运行精度对轧制板带具有重要的作用。在应用过程中,由于摩擦力的变化,会引起液压缸性能的变化,从而对板带的成型造成影响。因此,针对液压缸的摩擦力变化搭建相应的实验系统,对摩擦力的变化作用进行分析,从而为液压缸的运行维护提供指导。Steel plate and strip are rolled by rolling mill after billet is heated at high temperature. Because the strip mill is controlled by hydraulic system, the running accuracy of hydraulic cylinder plays an important role in rolling strip. In the process of application, the change of friction will cause the change of hydraulic cylinder performance, which will affect the forming of the strip. Therefore, the corresponding experimental system is built for the change of friction of hydraulic cylinder, and the change effect of friction is analyzed, so as to provide guidance for the operation and maintenance of hydraulic cylinder.
