焦反应设备反应罐改造重复利用性探究

摘　　要：由于焦炭的反应性及反应后强度检测对于指导高炉生产起着重要作用,焦炭反应性的测试实验需求量增大,而实验频次的增加,1 000℃以上的高温灼烧,导致焦反应设备易消耗品反应罐一个月左右就要更换一次,对检化验成本造成了很大的压力。为此从反应罐改造、以旧翻新研究探讨,并提出了将两个使用报废的反应罐焊接成为一个新的反应罐重复利用的试验。The detection of coke reactivity and post reaction strength plays an important role in guiding the production of blast furnace.Therefore, the demand for coke reactivity test experiments increases, the frequency of experiments increases, and the high temperature burning above 1 000 ℃ causes the consumable reaction tank of coke reaction equipment to be replaced once a month or so, which puts a great pressure on the cost of inspection and testing. Therefore, it is discussed from the transformation of the reaction tank and the renovation of the old one, and it is proposed to weld two reaction tanks that are used and scrapped into a new reaction tank for reuse.
