摘 要:以马道头煤矿8406工作面为研究背景,采用理论分析计算的方法对坚硬特厚煤层放顶煤的可行性展开研究。研究结果表明:煤层强度、煤层埋深、顶煤裂隙发育程度、顶煤夹矸情况及采放比是影响特厚煤层顶煤冒放性的主要因素;采取模糊综合评价方法分析各影响因素的隶属度,对顶煤冒放可行性进行评价;评价结果表明8406工作面顶煤冒放可行性一般,辅以相应技术手段后可采用放顶煤采煤法。Taking the 8406 working face of Madaotou coal mine as the research background, the feasibility of top coal caving in hard and extra thick coal seam is studied by means of theoretical analysis and calculation. The results show that the strength of the coal seam, the buried depth of the coal seam, the development degree of the cracks in the top coal, the inclusion of gangue in the top coal and the mining and caving ratio are the main factors affecting the caving of the top coal in the extra thick coal seam. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to analyze the membership degree of each influencing factor and evaluate the feasibility of top coal caving. The evaluation results show that the feasibility of top coal caving in 8406 working face is general, and the top coal caving mining method can be adopted with corresponding technical means.
