摘  要:为实现钢铁企业的环保、节能、高质、高效生产,在高炉冶炼中增设了余压回收系统,使高炉环保指标有所提高,但同时也导致了高炉产量的降低。针对此问题,通过优化自动化程序和改变常规阀门动作的先后顺序,对高炉均压煤气回收控制系统进行改造,使增设的环保设备对高炉产量造成的影响大大降低,优化了高炉产量与环保事业的冲突关系,保证了高炉的有效运行时间。In order to realize the environmental protection, energy saving, high quality and high efficiency production of iron and steel enterprises, the residual pressure recovery system is added in the blast furnace smelting, which improves the environmental protection index of the blast furnace, but also leads to the reduction of the output of the blast furnace. In view of this problem, the pressure equalizing gas recovery control system of the blast furnace is reformed by optimizing the automation program and changing the sequence of routine valve actions. The impact of additional environmental protection equipment on the output of blast furnace is greatly reduced, the conflict relationship between the output of blast furnace and environmental protection is optimized, and the effective operation time of blast furnace is guaranteed.
