摘　　要：对韶钢3200 m~3高炉开停炉进行总结。通过制定科学合理的开炉配料装料方案,以及精准把控后续料炉料结构和变料时机,使高炉气流稳定得到了保障;同时保证炉缸热量充足的同时,快速富氧喷煤,实现了高炉快速达产的目标。This paper summarizes the startup and shutdown of 3200 m~3 blast furnace of Shaoguan Iron and Steel Co.Through the formulation of scientific and reasonable start-up proportioning and charging scheme,as well as the accurate control of the structure of subsequent materials and the timing of material change,the stable air flow of the blast furnace is ensured,the hearth heat is sufficient,and the rapid oxygen enriched coal injection is realized,so as to achieve the rapid production of the blast furnace.
