摘　　要：安钢永通公司因国家大形势的要求于2022年元月29日满炉料焖炉(料线6 m左右);按照政策要求有序复工复产,通过制定科学复风方案和严谨复风准备工作,高炉于2月21日复产,共计焖炉22 d;因高炉焖炉前顺行可以,在复风前准备工作充足,恢复炉况按预期进行,25日达到正常风压风量,日产量发挥2100 t以上,但也存在一些不足,特总结此次焖炉过程和复风操作中的经验教训,为日后焖炉和复风提供思想和方法指导。Due to the requirements of the national situation,Angang Yongtong company will fully charge the furnace on January 29,2022(the charging line is about 6 m).According to the policy requirements,the production of the blast furnace was resumed in an orderly manner.Through the formulation of a scientific air resumption plan and rigorous air resumption preparation,the blast furnace was resumed on February 21,with a total of 22 days of soaking.Since it is possible for the furnace to run smoothly before the furnace is braked,sufficient preparations are made before the re-blowing,and the recovery of the furnace condition is carried out as expected.The normal air pressure and air volume are reached on the 25th,and the daily output is more than 2100 t.However,there are some shortcomings.The experience and lessons in the process of the furnace braising and the re blowing operation are summarized to provide ideological and methodological guidance for the future furnace braising and re-blowing.
