摘 要:针对晋能控股煤业集团某矿7106运巷大断面巷道掘进作业中易出现片帮现象的问题,基于该矿7106运巷大断面巷道工程概况,分析了煤壁片帮机理,通过绘制煤壁片帮素描图得到了煤壁片帮的主要类型,创建了“梁”受力模型,得到了掘进工作面最易出现片帮现象的部位,并提出了防片帮措施。经实际应用,取得了较好的防片帮效果,有效防治了掘进工作面的煤壁片帮现象。In view of the problem that the large section roadway of the 7106 haulage roadway in a mine of Jinneng Holding Coal Industry Group is prone to the phenomenon of spalling, based on the engineering overview of the large section roadway of the 7106 haulage roadway in the mine, the mechanism of the coal wall spalling is analyzed, the main types of the coal wall spalling are obtained by drawing the sketch of the coal wall spalling, the "beam" stress model is created, the parts of the heading face that are most prone to the phenomenon of spalling are obtained, and the measures to prevent the spalling are put forward.
