摘  要:针对在钢铁行业应用的基于打码机的全寿命周期物料管理系统介绍其激光加工的简单原理、打码机分类、硬件和软件系统的组成、激光打码后台程序和ERP系统,为掌握打码机的使用、操作以及相关注意事项、物料分类和物料特性、物料打码分类原则、打码物料和非打码物料的区分、纸码和非打码的区分、激光打码位置的选择以及激光打码针对物料材质的选择参数奠定理论基础。This paper introduces the simple principle of laser processing, the classification of the marking machine, the composition of the hardware and software systems, the background program of laser marking and the ERP system for the life-cycle material management system based on the marking machine applied in the iron and steel industry to lay a theoretical foundation for mastering the use, operation and related precautions of the printer, material classification and material characteristics, material coding classification principles, the distinction between coding materials and non coding materials, the distinction between paper codes and non coding materials, the selection of laser coding positions, and the selection parameters of laser coding for material materials.
