带式焙烧机布风板堵塞问题研究

摘　　要：某公司伴随着原料的变化与产量的提升,带式焙烧机布风板堵塞现象开始出现,影响球团线的生产秩序。针对该问题,研究分析了布风板堵塞的原因,并运用头脑风暴法拟定解决方案,同时应用软件进行受力分析,论证方案可行性。通过在带式焙烧机抽风干燥段烟罩处增设空气炮,解决了布风板堵塞清理难题。With the change of raw materials and the increase of output of a company,the blockage of air distribution plate of belt roaster began to appear,which affected the production order of pelletizing line.This paper analyzes the reasons for the blockage of the air distribution plate,draws up the solution,and solves the problem of cleaning the blockage of the air distribution plate by adding an air gun at the smoke hood of the exhaust and drying section of the belt roaster.
