摘  要:由于轧钢工艺流程复杂,可变因素多,对钢板的强度、抗高温、抗高压、耐低温、耐腐蚀等物理与化学性能影响严重。为了得到高质量成品钢材,钢铁企业需要不断对轧钢工艺流程进行优化与改进,并对轧钢工艺的各项参数予以调整,以确保钢板的内部组织结构及外观形态达到最佳效果。因此,深入探讨加热温度、开轧温度、终轧温度、轧后冷却速度和卷取温度等方面对钢板性能产生的不利影响,并提出相应的解决方法。Due to the complex rolling process and many variable factors, it has a serious impact on the physical and chemical properties of the steel plate, such as strength, high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and so on. In order to obtain high-quality finished steel, iron and steel enterprises need to constantly optimize and improve the steel rolling process, and adjust the parameters of the steel rolling process, so as to ensure the best effect of the internal organizational structure and appearance of the steel plate. Therefore, the adverse effects of heating temperature, start rolling temperature, finish rolling temperature,cooling speed after rolling and coiling temperature on the performance of steel plate are deeply discussed, and the corresponding solutions are put forward.
