摘　　要：介绍了闪蒸纺丝技术的现状及前景,并针对现有采用螺杆挤压加热熔融与溶剂混合喷射方法的闪蒸纺丝存在的对设备要求高、影响产品质量、生产效率低及无法连续性生产等问题,研究开发了一种新型阻燃非织造布用闪蒸纺丝装置。该纺丝装置具有结构简单、使用方便、工艺流程短、操作安全、易于控制等优点;在整个纺丝过程中溶剂、聚烯烃、阻燃剂混合度好,不易出现泄漏而导致停产现象;生产出的非织造布抗拉强度均匀,大大提高了阻燃非织造布的产品质量。The current situation and prospect of flash spinning technology were introduced.In view of the problems in the existing flash spinning method using screw extrusion,heating,melting and solvent mixing and spraying,such as high requirements on equipment,affecting product quality,low production efficiency and inability of continuous production,a flash spinning device for flame-retardant nonwovens was developed.The spinning device has the advantages of simple structure,convenient using,short process flow,safe operation,and easy control.The mixing degree of solvent,alkene and flame retardant in the whole spinning process is good,and it is not easy to leak and lead to shut-down.Moreover,the produced nonwovens have uniform tensile strength,which greatly improves the product quality of flame-retardant nonwovens.
