摘 要:为了提升微矩形电连接器在高速信号传输过程中的信号完整性,针对某型微矩形电连接器的高速传输特性展开仿真和优化。首先对微矩形电连接器进行3D建模,而后基于三维电磁场仿真软件,利用终端驱动模式,在端口加以差分信号激励,仿真其插入损耗、回波损耗、串扰等散射参数特性。结果表明连接器在0~5 GHZ频率范围内散射参数基本满足HJ30J的标准要求。最后从屏蔽、滤波电路等方面提出了电连接器信号完整性的优化措施。In order to improve the signal integrity of micro rectangular electrical connector in the process of high-speed signal transmission,this paper simulates and optimizes the high-speed transmission characteristics of a certain micro rectangular electrical connector.First,3D-model of micro rectangular electrical connector is carried out,and then differential signal excitation is applied to the port to simulate its insertion loss,return loss,crosstalk and other S-parameter characteristics based on HFSS,using terminal drive mode.The result shows that the S parameters of the connector basically meet the requirements of HJ30J standard in the frequency range of 0-5 GHz.Finally,the optimized measures of signal integrity of electrical connector are proposed from the aspects of shielding and filter circuit.
