摘 要:针对大电流电连接器在使用过程产生的电焦耳热及由此带来的应力和形变问题,采用Elmer分析某型号大电流电连接器在电流作用下的焦耳热场分布,将焦耳热作为温度场求解器的热源求出温度场分布,最后将温升作为应力分析求解器的载荷,从而求得温升产生的插针结构形变。分析结果表明,产生热源主要集中在接插件接触部分和导体连接处,为大电流连接器的散热设计及弹性紧固需求提供理论参考。In this paper,distribution of electric joule heat field of a certain type of high current connector was analyzed by Elmer simulation for its electric joule heat and stress and deformation under high current.Firstly,the joule heat is used as the heat source of the temperature field solver to obtain the temperature field distribution.Then the current connector temperature rise is taken as the load of its stress analysis,and the pin stress and its structural deformation caused by the temperature rise are obtained.The simulation results show that,under the action of high current,the heat source of the electrical connector is mainly concentrated on the contact part of the connector and the junction of the conductor.The simulation method and results provide a reference for the design of heat dissipation and electrical contact of high current connectors.
