摘  要:防除冰配电盒在第三方检测机构测试电磁兼容性时,防除冰配电盒在正常工作状态下,RE102项目2 MHz~200 MHz频段内存在不同程度的超标现象。通过分析防除冰配电盒工作原理、检查防除冰配电盒内部线缆和外部测试环境发现,RE102项目超标是由于电源模块、固体继电器的对外辐射干扰、内部线缆以及陪试设备的耦合干扰造成的。综合分析后,采取了调整滤波器、并联RC电路、内部线缆分类捆扎以及陪试设备、被试品统一隔离检测的改进措施。经具备电磁兼容检测资质的第三方检测机构测试验证,确认改进措施有效,解决了该问题。When the anti-icing and deicing distribution box is tested for electromagnetic compatibility by thirdparty testing organization,the 2 MHz~200 MHz frequency band of project RE102 has exceeded the standard to varying degrees,with normal working conditions.After analyzing the working principle of the anti-icing and deicing distribution box and checking its internal cables and external testing environment,it is found that the exceeding of project RE102 is caused by the external radiation interference of the power module and solid relay,and the coupling interference of the internal cables and the accompanying equipment.After comprehensive analysis,the improvement measures of adjusting the wave filter,parallel RC circuit,internal cable classification and bundling,as well as the unified isolation and detection of accompanying equipment and tested objects are taken.After testing and verification by a third-party testing organization with electromagnetic compatibility testing qualification,it is confirmed that the improvement measures are effective and the problem is solved.
