摘  要:纺纱厂可根据客户的需求,通过调整纤维混纺比提供各种混纺纱。多种纤维混纺有利于提高特定产品的质量,或提高纱线和织物的功能性。纤维混纺比对纱线强度和织物耐久性也有较大影响。纱线强度与织物耐久性有相关性,即纱线强度越大,织物耐久性越好。如A和B两种纤维以50∶50的质量比混纺后,纱线的强度无法通过纤维A和B的算术平均强度进行预测,说明影响纱线强度的因素较多,如纤维长度、强度、纤维摩擦性能和纤维的线密度和纤维伸长率等。在诸多研究的基础上,现已建立了纱线强度与纤维长度、线密度、强度和摩擦性能的相关性,但纤维伸长对纱线强度的影响研究较少。文章讨论了纤维伸长对纱线强度的影响。Spun-yarn spinning offers varieties of fiber blends based on customer needs and applications. Blending of multiple fibers facilitates to enhance specific product quality or decides functional properties of yarn and fabric. Apart from that, fiber blend influences yarn strength and fabric durability considerably. It is known that the yarn strength has correlation with fabric durability, that means, higher yarn strength will give better fabric durability. If 2 different fibers A and B are blended with 50∶50 blend ratio, then resultant yarn strength cannot be predicted by the arithmetic mean of fiber strength A & B. There are multiple fiber quality factors influencing yarn strength, e.g. fiber length, strength, fiber frictional properties, fiber denier and fiber elongation. Based on multiple research activities, correlation of yarn strength with fiber length, denier, strength and frictional properties has been established. However, the influence of fiber elongation over the yarn strength is least explored. Here, the way in which fiber elongation contributes to the yarn strength is discussed.
