摘 要:研究聚酯的截面形状、混纺比例和后整理对聚酯/棉混纺平针织物运动面料舒适性的影响。织制了100/0,48/52,65/35和0/100四种混纺比例的聚酯/棉环锭纺纱线的纬编织物试试样。为探究聚酯截面形状对织物舒适性能的影响,织制了三叶草形和圆形两种不同截面形状的100%聚酯复丝纬编针织物。所有试样都采用氨基硅处理剂进行后整理。纬编针织面料的舒适性可以用透湿性试验、垂直芯吸性试验和透气性试验测量。试验结果表明:三叶草截面形状的聚酯织物比圆形截面的织物表现出更高的芯吸高度。This work is focused on the investigation of the infuence of polyester cross-sectional shape, blend proportion and finishing treatment on comfort properties of polyeter/cotton(PET/CO) plain knitted fabrics suitable for athletic wear. In the present work, PET/CO weft kitted fabric samples were prepared with 4 blend proportions i.e. 100/0, 48/52, 65/35 and 0/100 spun PET/CO yarns. In addition, 100% multifilament PET of 2 trilobal and circular cross-sectional shapes were taken and weft knitted fabrics were prepared to understand the influence of PET cross-sectional shape on fabic comfort properties. Moreover, all the fabic samples were finished with amino-silicon finish. Comfort properties of all the weft knitted fabrics viz moisture vapor permeability, vertical wicking, and air permeability were measured. It is observed that trilobal coss-section PET fabrics show higher wicking height as compared to circular ross-section.
