摘　　要：介绍了一种芳纶短丝用辊式烘干机的基本结构形式。针对用户提出的烘干机防护窗保温效果不佳、保温玻璃不易拆装和润滑管路堵塞时不能及时被发现等问题,分析其内在原因,并对其结构进行改进,满足了用户的使用要求,解决了问题,并延长了辊式烘干机的使用寿命。The basic structure of a roller dryer for aramid short filament was introduced. In view of the problems proposed by the user, such as the poor insulation effect of the dryer protective window, the insulation glass is not easy to be disassembled and the lubrication pipeline can not be found in time, the internal reasons were analyzed, and the structure was improved, which meets the user’s requirements, solves the problem, and extends the service life of the roller dryer.
