摘　　要：目的:探究流动老年人口多维健康状况及其影响因素,为有针对性地提升该群体健康水平提供科学依据。方法:基于2017年全国流动人口动态监测调查数据,构建流动老年人口多维健康评价体系,实证分析该群体多维健康状况及其影响因素。结果:流动老年人口中,81.26%自评健康良好,64.96%患有慢性病,50.9%社会健康状况较好;高龄、男性、在婚流动老年人口具有综合健康及生理健康劣势;而非农户籍、高受教育程度流动老年人口具有综合健康与社会健康优势;健康档案与流动老年人口生理健康、社会健康显著相关;就业状态、家庭月均收入、流动范围及时间对流动老年人口各维度健康的作用各不相同,其中流动时间对该群体社会健康的影响存在显著城乡差异(P<0.05)。结论:流动老年人口多维健康水平存在内部分化,呈现出“高自评—中生理—低社会”的健康特点,应基于人群特征给予该群体差别化的健康支持。Objective: To explore the multidimensional health status and related influencing factors of the floating elderly population, so as to provide scientific evidence for improving the health of the population group. Methods: Based on China migrants dynamic survey in 2017, this paper constructed a multidimensional health evaluation system of the floating elderly, and empirically analyzed the multidimensional health status and related influencing factors of the group. Results: Among the floating elderly, 81.26% of them had good self-rated health, 64.96% of them had chronic diseases, and 50.9% of them had good social health. Older, male and married floating elderly had significant worse comprehensive health and physical health. However, the floating elderly of non-agricultural registered status and higher education level had advantages on comprehensive health and social health. Having health records was significantly related to the physical health and social health of the floating elderly. The effects of employment status, average monthly family income, floating range and time on the health of the floating elderly were different. There were significant differences between urban and rural areas in the impact of floating time on the social health level of the group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The multidimensional health of the floating elderly has inner differentiation, characterized by "high self-rated health, mid physical health and low social health". Policymakers should pay more attention to the health of the floating elderly according to their own characteristics.
