摘  要:ASME换热器厚壁膨胀节设计普遍采用有限元分析设计方法。工程中发现膨胀设计节采用ASME方法比采用GB/T16749方法可能需要更多的波数,分析表明是由两种方法对波峰处膨胀节薄膜加弯曲应力评定不同造成的,GB/T 16749方法比ASME方法更适合厚壁膨胀节的设计。可为换热器厚壁膨胀节有限元分析设计提供一定参考。In ASME code, the design of thick wall expansion joint used in heat exchangers is generally carried out by using finite element analysis, from which the results show more volutes are needed than that from the result of using GB/T 16749. From the analysis and comparison, it was that the cause is due to different assessment in two methods for membrane plus bending stress at the wave crest of expansion joint. The method from GB/T 16749 is more suitable to that in ASME code for the design of thick wall expansion joint. What presented in this article may be referenced for the finite element analysis used in the design of thick wall expansion joint.
