摘 要:介绍了GOST 34233.11中对于压力容器错边,不圆度,棱角度超标后的应力计算方法,其实质是分析设计中的应力分类法。将该规范的计算公式与国内学者常用的计算方法进行对比,讨论计算理念和公式的异同。按GOST 34233.11的方法,对本公司即将出口俄罗斯项目的四台压力容器进行假设计算,分析计算结果。其结果表明当容器出现超出规范要求的几何缺陷时,在很大范围内仍能够保证其受力满足应力分类要求,该结果可为容器的进一步使用提供可能及依据,也为国内错边,不圆度,棱角超标处理提供参考。In this article, the methods provided in GOST 34233.11 for calculating the stresses under the conditions of existence of misalignment, out-of-roundness and peaking were introduced, which were actually based on the method of stress classification. By comparison of the methods in this code and that commonly used by the designer in Chinese, the differences in the concepts and equations were discussed. Complied with the method in GOST 34233.11 the assumed calculations and analysis for four pressure vessels which will be exported to Russia were carried out. It was shown from the results that even through the existence of geometric defects in the vessels, the strengths of the vessels are still qualified with large safe margin, which provides the basis to further use the vessel with the defects mentioned above and the reference for treating these defects for the vessels designed conformed to Chinese standard.
