摘  要:加氢反应器是石油化工行业加氢装置中的核心设备,目前市场上少之又少。从选材、设计、制造等方面对工艺包提出的设备结构进行改进,新结构满足工艺要求,从制造上降低难度,降低了设备投资、生产成本和检修费用,为再放大结构设计提供技术支持。With the continuous development of chemical industry, the scale and production capacity of the installations are becoming larger. The core equipment in the installation is tended to be large. Hydrogenation reactor is important process equipment for fluids containing hydrogen or(plus) hydrogen sulfide under the condition of high temperature and high pressure. Because of the severe working condition, if any accident occurred in this equipment, serious damages or casualties may be produced. In addition, for this equipment, the manufacture cost is high and the manufacture period is long. Thus, important attention should be paid in the design,manufacture and application of this equipment.
