摘 要:叙述了不同的标准对“低温低应力工况”的定义,指出冷库制冷压力管道“低温低应力工况”的判定,应符合GB/T 20801.2—2020的要求。通过计算,表明满足自然补偿和支撑间距的水平管道,选用20#无缝钢管能够符合“低温低应力工况”。支撑间距、L形管段长臂与短臂的比例、保温层的施工质量直接影响管道是否符合“低温低应力工况”。竖直管段较长的L形管道,固定架和承重架的设置直接影响管道是否符合“低温低应力工况”。The definitions for “low temperature combined with low stress condition” in different standards were stated. It was indicated that the determination of “low temperature combined with low stress condition” for refrigeration pressure piping in cold storage should be coincided with the requirement in GB/T 20801.2—2020. From calculation in this article, it was demonstrated that the horizontal piping with natural compensation and required support spaces, selection of 20# seamless pipe as the material was conformed to “low temperature combined with low stress condition”. However, the support space, the ratio of long side to short side in L type piping section, and construction quality of insulation layer would directly influence the determination whether the piping is conformed to “low temperature combined with low stress condition”, and in L type piping with quite long straight pipe, the arrangement of fixed frames and bearing frames would also directly influence the determination.
