摘 要:为降低高温闸阀填料的实际使用温度,避免高温密封失效,提高高温闸阀可靠性,采用有限元方法进行高温闸阀温度场数值模拟,建立散热片目标优化分析,研究高温闸阀的温度场分布,以及散热片对填料温度的影响特性。结果表明:高温闸阀散热片是结构降温的关键,单片散热片的内外温差不受数量变化影响,散热片最高温度随数量增加而降低,散热片数量增加带来的降温效果显著,但各个独立散热片的散热性能会减弱,适当增大散热片尺寸可以提高散热性能。In order to reduce actual temperature of packing used in the gate valve under high temperature condition so as to avoid the failure of seal and enhance the reliability of the gate valve. The numerical simulation for the gate valve under high temperature condition was performed by using finite element method. The model for optimizing analysis of heat sink was built to study the temperature field in the gate valve and the effect of heat sink to the temperature of the packing. It was shown from the results that the heat sink in the gate valve is crucial to the reduction of temperature in structure;the differential temperature between inner and outer of single heat sink will not be affected by the number of heat sink, but with the increase of the number of heat sink, the highest temperature in heat sink will be reduced and the temperature reduction is remarkable, although heat radiation of single heat sink will be weaken, for which the heat radiation performance can be improved from appropriate increase of heat sink sizes.
