民俗体育游戏在普通高校体育课程改革中的应用--以丢沙包为例

摘　　要：利用文献资料搜集、问卷调查和实验研究等方法,对丢沙包民俗体育游戏融入高校体育教学进行实验研究。结果显示:民俗体育游戏简单易行且没有高难度的技术要求,容易在高校体育教学中开展;民俗体育游戏是一项娱乐性极高的运动项目,在大学生中具有良好的基础,深受大学生们的喜爱;民俗体育游戏具有较高的健身价值,对大学生的身体素质提高具有一定的作用;在普通高校开展民俗体育游戏能够有效促进大学生德智体美劳全面发展。By using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and experimental research,the authors conducted an experimental study on the integration of sandbag-throwing as a folk sports games into college physical education.The results showed that folk sports games are simple and easy to carry out in college physical education without high difficulty technology;folk sports game is a highly entertaining sport,which has a good foundation among college students and is loved by them;folk sports games have high fitness value and play a certain role in improving the physical quality of college students;carrying out folk sports games in colleges and universities can effectively promote the comprehensive development of college students'moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor.
