摘　　要：安吉县素有“中国竹乡”之称,县内竹林资源丰富,竹产业已成为县内经济发展的支柱产业,开展竹林经营认证,对实现竹产业可持续发展具有重要意义。笔者介绍了安吉县开展竹林经营联合认证的各阶段模式,主要包括企业模式、协会+农户模式、协会+股份制合作社模式3种。同时,笔者分析阐述了协会+股份制合作社的运行机制、优点与意义。在此基础上,创新提出了我国南方地区以协会+股份制合作社模式开展竹林经营联合认证的方法和思考。Anji County is known as one of the“bamboo counties”in China.The bamboo resources in Anji are rich,and the bamboo sector has become the pillar industry of the county.Implementing bamboo forest management certification is of great significance for achieving the sustainable development of the bamboo industry.This paper introduces the group certification models of bamboo forest management in Anji County at various stages,mainly including enterprise model,association+farmers model,and association+shareholding cooperative model.Meanwhile,the operation mechanism,strengths,and importance of association+shareholding cooperative model are elaborated and analyzed.On this basis,this paper presents innovative thoughts and methods on implementing the group certification of bamboo forest management in the model of association+shareholding cooperative in southern China.
