吉林乌头和龙船乌泡合剂对正常大鼠的痛觉调节作用

摘　　要：为研究中药材吉林乌头和龙船乌泡对正常大鼠的痛觉调节作用,采用6只雄性Wistar大鼠作为实验对象,将质量浓度分别为5、10、20 mg/mL的吉林乌头和龙船乌泡的1∶1混合水煮液制成合剂,对实验正常大鼠进行灌胃,在5、10、15、20、30、45、60 min时间节点上测定正常大鼠后爪缩爪反应潜伏期(Hindpaw Withdrawal Latency, HWL),从而探究合剂对正常大鼠痛觉的调节作用。结果表明,与生理盐水(对照组)相比,不同质量浓度的合剂对大鼠灌胃测出的HWL出现明显延长。当合剂质量浓度为20 mg/mL时,正常大鼠右爪热刺激具有极显著差异(P<0.01)。吉林乌头和龙船乌泡合剂对正常大鼠的痛觉具有延缓减轻的作用,即吉林乌头和龙船乌泡合剂是具有一定的镇痛作用。In order to study the pain regulating effect of traditional Chinese medicine Aconitum kirinense Nakai and Rubussieboldi Blume on normal rats, male Wistar rats were used as experimental objects. The 1∶1 mixed boiled solution of Aconitum kirinense Nakai and Rubus sieboldi Blume with the concentration of 5,10,20 mg/mL respectively was made into a mixture. The experimental normal rats were oral gavaged. The Hindpaw Withdrawal Latency(HWL) of rats was measured at the time nodes of 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 45 and 60 min, so as to explore the regulating effect of the mixture on pain in normal rats.The results showed that the HWL measured by gavage of different concentrations of mixture was significantly longer than that of normal saline(control group). When the concentration of mixture was 20 mg/mL, there was a very significant difference in the thermal stimulation of right paw of normal rats(P<0.01).Aconitum kirinense Nakai and Rubussieboldi Blume mixture can delay and alleviate the pain of normal rats, that is, Aconitum kirinense Nakai and Rubus sieboldi Blume mixture have certain anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
