摘　　要：目的探讨长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)在人肺腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2021年12月该院收治的43例肺腺癌手术患者的临床病理资料,应用实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(qRT-PCR)检测lncRNA MT1JP在肺腺癌组织及癌旁正常组织中的表达水平,探讨lncRNA MT1JP表达与肺腺癌患者临床病理参数的关系。结果LncRNA MT1JP在肺腺癌组织中的相对表达水平显著低于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同肿瘤大小、术后TNM分期及淋巴结是否转移患者lncRNA MT1JP在肺腺癌组织中的表达水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.562、11.667、7.525,P<0.05)。结论LncRNA MT1JP的表达缺失与肺腺癌的恶性生物学行为有关,可以作为肺腺癌患者预后的分子标志物。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)in human lung adenocarcinoma.Methods The clinical and pathological data of 43 patients with lung adenocarcinoma treated in this hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)was used to detect the expression level of lncRNA MT1JP in lung adenocarcinoma tissues and adjacent normal tissues,and to explore the relationship between lncRNA MT1JP expression and clinicopathological parameters of lung adenocarcinoma patients.Results The relative expression of lncRNA MT1JP in lung adenocarcinoma tissues was notably lower than that in adjacent tissues,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of lncRNA MT1JP in lung adenocarcinoma tissues of patients with different tumor size,postoperative TNM stage and lymph node metastasis was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.562,11.667,7.525,P<0.05).Conclusion The loss of lncRNA MT1JP expression is related to the malignant biological behavior of lung adenocarcinoma,and can be used as a molecular marker for the prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma patients.
