乳宁颗粒治疗乳腺增生对外周血P53蛋白、转化生长因子β1水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探究与分析乳宁颗粒治疗乳腺增生对外周血P53蛋白(P53)、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)水平的影响。方法按照随机数表法对南京鼓楼医院2019年4月至2021年10月收治的110例乳腺增生患者进行分组,每组各55例,对照组给予红金消结片治疗,观察组在其基础上加用乳宁颗粒治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后中医症状积分、激素指标[雌二醇(E_(2))、孕酮(P)、催乳素(PRL)、黄体生成素(LH)]以及P53、TGF-β1水平,同时观察治疗期间不良反应。结果观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后乳房肿块、乳房经前胀痛、胸闷胁胀、少气懒言、舌淡红苔薄白、脉弦细数积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后E2、PRL、P53、TGF-β1水平低于对照组,P、LH水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论乳宁颗粒治疗乳腺增生可获得显著的临床效果,可有效缓解症状,改善激素指标,调节P53及TGF-β1水平,且治疗期间无明显不良反应,安全性较高。Objective To explore and analyze the effect of Runing Granules on the levels of P53 protein in peripheral blood(P53)and transforming growth factorβ1(TGF-β1)in the treatment of breast hyperplasia.Methods According to the random number table method,110 patients with breast hyperplasia treated in Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital from April 2019 to October 2021 were divided into two groups,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Hongjin Xiaojie Tablets,while the observation group was additionally treated with Runing Granules on the same basis.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom score before and after treatment,and hormone indicators(estradiol[E2],progesterone[P],prolactin[PRL],luteinizing hormone[LH])and the levels of P53 and TGF-β1 were compared between the two groups,and the adverse reactions were observed during treatment.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of breast mass,distending pain in breast before menstruation,chest tightness and hypochondriac distension,shortness of breath and lazy speech,light red tongue with thin whitish fur,and fine rapid string-like pulse in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of E_(2),PRL,P53 and TGF-β1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while P and LH were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups during treatment.Conclusion Runing Granules can achieve significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of breast hyperplasia,effectively alleviate symptoms,improve the hormone indicators,and regulate the levels of P53 and TGF-β1.There are no obvious adverse reactions during treatment,with high s afety.
