浮针联合口服骨筋丸片治疗膝骨关节炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察浮针联合口服骨筋丸片治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取2021年3—12月在黑龙江省中医医院骨伤五科接受治疗的60例膝骨关节炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组,每组各30例。对照组行口服骨筋丸片治疗,观察组行浮针联合口服骨筋丸片治疗,两组治疗前后行视觉模拟疼痛量表(VAS)评分、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC),比较两组治疗前后白介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的变化情况、临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组炎症因子(IL-6,CRP,TNF-α)、VAS评分、WOMAC评分均降低,观察组炎症因子(IL-6,CRP,TNF-α)、VAS评分、WOMAC评分低于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论浮针联合口服骨筋丸片治疗膝骨关节炎,能降低炎症水平、减轻疼痛症状、改善膝关节活动度,疗效确切,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of floating acupuncture combined with oral Gujinwan Tablets in the treatment of osteoarthrosis of the knee.Methods A total of 60 patients with osteoarthrosis of the knee treated in the outpatient clinic of the Fifth Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology,Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March to December 2021 were selected as study subjects and divided into two groups of 30 patients each according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with oral Gujinwan Tablets,and the observation group was treated with floating acupuncture combined with oral Gujinwan Tablets.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score and Western Ontario and McMaster University osteoarthritis index(WOMAC)score were performed before and after treatment in both groups,and the changes of interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and clinical efficacy were compared before and after treatment in both groups.Results After treatment,inflammatory molecules(IL-6,CRP,TNF-α),VAS score,and WOMAC score were reduced in both groups.The inflammatory factors(IL-6,CRP,TNF-α),VAS score,and WOMAC score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Floating acupuncture combined with oral bone tendon pill tablet method for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can reduce inflammation level,alleviate pain symptoms,and improve knee mobility with definite efficacy,which is worthy of clinic al promotion.
