宫颈高危型HPV感染与中医体质的关系

摘　　要：目的探究女性宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染患者的中医体质分布特点。方法收集2015年1月至2021年10月就诊于北京市第一中西医结合医院的宫颈高危型HPV感染患者5000例(病例组)和正常人群5000例(对照组),统计两组中医体质类型,分析宫颈高危型HPV感染与中医体质的相关性。结果病例组在湿热质和阳虚质分布上高于对照组,在平和质和气郁质分布上低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。二元logistic回归分析,发现湿热质、阳虚质是宫颈高危型HPV病毒感染的危险因素,平和质是宫颈高危型HPV感染的保护因素(P<0.05)。性生活频率高、性伴侣个数多是宫颈高危型HPV感染的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论湿热质、阳虚质为宫颈高危型HPV感染患者的好发体质。性伴侣个数增多、性生活频率增多更容易感染宫颈高危型HPV。Objective To investigate the distribution characteristics of the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)of female patients with cervical high-risk HPV infection.Methods Patients(the case group,n=5000)with cervical high-risk HPV infection admitted to Beijing First Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2015 to October 2021 and normal people(the control group,n=5000)were included in the research.The TCM constitution types of the two groups were counted,and the correlation between cervical high-risk HPV infection and the constitution of TCM was analyzed.Results The distributions of damp-heat constitution and yang deficiency constitution in the case group were higher than those in the control group,and the distributions of mild constitution and qi-stagnation constitution were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The binary logistic regression analysis showed that the damp-heat constitution and yang deficiency constitution were risk factors for cervical high-risk HPV infection,and the mild constitution was the protection factor for cervical high-risk HPV infection(P<0.05).Exorbitant frequency of sexual life and excessive number of sexual partners were the risk factors of cervical high-risk HPV infection(P<0.05).Conclusion Damp-heat constitution and yang deficiency constitution are the predisposing constitutions of patients with cervical high-risk HPV infection.With the increase of the number of sexual partners and the frequency of sexual life,it is more likely to be infected with cervical high-risk HPV.
