摘　　要：慢性阻塞性肺疾病的患病率逐渐升高,带来沉重的经济和社会负担。药物联合呼吸康复治疗是必要的且合理的。呼吸康复体系包括健康宣教、评估、呼吸及运动训练、心理和营养治疗及管理等。建立一种规范合理的呼吸康复方案,提高患者的依从性,有助于呼吸康复的有效实施。The prevalence rate of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is gradually increasing,which brings a heavy economic and social burden.It is necessary and reasonable to combine medicine with respiratory rehabilitation therapy.The respiratory rehabilitation system includes health education,assessment,respiratory training,sports training,psychological and nutritional treatment and management.Establishing a standardized and reasonable respiratory rehabilitation program and improving patients′compliance are helpful to the effective implementation of respiratory rehabilitation.
