摘  要:为研究全球气候背景下氮沉降对高寒草甸物种组成、种内-种间关系,以及群落结构的影响,在青藏高原研究区开展不同氮素添加水平下的控制实验.设置对照(CK,0 g·m^(-2))、低氮(L-N,5 g·m^(-2))、中氮(M-N,10 g·m^(-2))和高氮(H-N,15 g·m^(-2))4个氮素添加水平,探讨不同氮素添加水平下群落物种空间分布格局和物种多样性的关系.结果表明:随着氮素添加水平的增加,垂穗披碱草聚集程度出现逐渐增强的趋势,条叶银莲花聚集程度出现逐渐减少的趋势,垂穗披碱草的正相互作用逐渐增强,条叶银莲花的负相互作用逐渐增强.In order to study the effects of nitrogen deposition on species composition, intraspecific-inter-specific relationship and community structure of alpine meadows under the background of global climate,control experiments under different nitrogen addition levels in Qinghai Tibet Plateau research area were carried out.Four nitrogen addition levels,including control(CK,0g·m^(-2)),low nitrogen(L-N,5g·m^(-2)),middle nitrogen(M-N,10g·m^(-2))and high nitrogen(H-N,15g·m^(-2)),were set to explore the relationship between species spatial distribution pattern and species diversity under different nitrogen levels.The results show that with the increase of nitrogen addition level,the aggregation degree of Elymus nutans Griseb.gradually increases,while that of Anemone grandiflora Hook.gradually decreases.In addition,the positive interaction of Elymus nutans Griseb.gradually increases,and the negative interaction of Anemone grandiflora Hook.gradually increases.
