摘  要:无患子皂苷是具有生物表面活性的天然产物,在纸质档案污渍的清洗上具有很好的应用前景。研究通过模拟实验,探讨无患子皂苷复配清洗剂清洗纸质档案铁锈斑的清洗效果,得出:2%无患子皂苷+2%抗坏血酸+二水合柠檬酸三钠(调节溶液pH至6)复配试剂在40℃、120min的浸泡条件下,对于不同程度污染的纸质档案铁锈斑均有较好的清洗效果。通过与草酸、EDTA二钠盐清洗剂等进行清洗实验得出无患子皂苷在复配清洗中能够提高清洗率,且其与抗坏血酸、二水合柠檬酸三钠复配试剂对于铁锈斑的清洗率高于与EDTA二钠盐复配试剂但低于草酸。通过安全性评估实验,得出无患子皂苷复配清洗剂(无患子皂苷+抗坏血酸+二水合柠檬酸三钠)使用比清洗率较高的草酸更为安全可靠。最后探讨无患子皂苷复配清洗剂的清洗机理,推断无患子皂苷在复配清洗过程中润湿基体从而起到提升除锈效率的作用。Sapindus saponin is a natural product with biosurface activity,it has a good application prospect in the cleaning of paper archives.Firstly,the study discusses the better conditions for sapindus saponin compound detergentto clean the iron rust spots of paper archives through the cleaning simulation experiment.The results show that the better cleaning effect of compound detergent to wash paper archives with different degrees of pollution are the conditions of 40℃,120min,and a concentration of 2%(sapindus saponin),2%(ascorbic acid),trisodium citrate dihydrate(adjust the pH to 6).Secondly,it is concluded that sapindus saponin can improve the cleaning rate of iron rust spots in paper archives in the composite cleaning through comparative evaluation experiments with cleaning agents of oxalic acid and disodium edetate,etc.And the iron rust spots cleaning rate of sapindus saponin compound detergent containing with ascorbic acid and trisodium citrate dihydrate is higher than with disodium edetate but lower than oxalic acid.Thirdly,it is concluded that the compound detergent(sapindus saponin+ascorbic acid+trisodium citrate dihydrate)is safer and more reliable than oxalic acid with higher cleaning rate.Finally,the study discusses the cleaning mechanism of cleaning iron rust spots with sapindus saponin compound detergent,and infers the sapindus saponin plays a role in wetting performance and improving the rust removing efficiency in the cleaning process.
