摘　　要：离散选择实验(DCEs)作为一种量化人群偏好的研究方法近年来被广泛应用到卫生服务领域。文章通过介绍离散选择实验及综述其在我国卫生服务领域的估计模型、应用范围与价值等方面的研究现状及前景,旨在为我国卫生服务领域更系统地开展离散选择实验提供参考依据。并对DCEs在模型应用、实验设计、研究内容方面的发展提出建议。Discrete choice experiment(DCEs)has been widely used in the field of health services in recent years as a research method to quantify population preferences. This article introduces the discrete choice experiment and reviews its research status and prospects in terms of model estimation, application scope and value in the field of health services in China in order provide reference for carrying out more systematic application of discrete selection experiments in the field of health services in China. It puts forward the suggestions on the development of DCEs in model application, experiment design and research content.
