摘 要:基于KA7500B设计的车载逆变电源目前已广泛应用于市场,设计方案一般为半桥拓扑DC/DC升压后逆变输出和全桥逆变后工频变压器升压输出。文章给出了两种设计方案的逻辑原理图,并对两种方案的驱动信号、输入电能、输出电能和转换效率进行的测试分析。得出了基于KA7500B的车载逆变电源的优缺点。The Vehicle Mounted Inverter based on KA7500B has been widely used in the market at present.The design schemes are generally half bridge topology DC/DC boost inverter output and power frequency transformer boost output after full bridge inverter.This paper gives the logic schematic diagrams of the two design schemes,and tests and analyzes the driving signal,input electric energy,output electric energy and conversion efficiency of the two schemes.The advantages and disadvantages of the Vehicle Mounted Inverter based on KA7500B are obtained.
