摘 要:网络化背景下,城际铁路列车开行方案生成及优化涉及多方面因素,复杂程度呈指数型变化,是一项极为庞大的系统工程。为快速优化生成网络化条件下城际铁路列车开行方案,将节点重要度概念与网络化条件下城际铁路列车开行方案生成及优化结合,以铁路运输企业效益和直达客流比重的最大化及旅客总出行成本的最小化为目标,建立网络化条件下城际铁路列车开行方案多目标优化模型,并考虑多目标多约束规划问题难以直接求解,采用分层优化思路求解模型。结果表明,列车开行方案的生成和优化得以简化,优化方案与现状实际运行图吻合度较好,模型可在较短迭代周期内生成优化结果,提升城际列车开行方案编制效率,可为高效生成网络化条件下城际铁路列车开行方案、有效指导旅客运输组织方案设计提供一定借鉴参考。Under the background of network conditions,the generation and optimization of intercity railway train operation scheme is a huge system engineering with many factors involved and its complexity changes exponentially.In order to quickly generate and optimize intercity railway train operation scheme under network conditions,the concept of node importance is combined with the generation and optimization of intercity railway train operation scheme.A optimization model of intercity railway train operation scheme is established to maximize the benefit of railway transportation enterprises and the proportion of direct passenger flow,and minimize the total travel cost of passengers.In the meantime,as the multi-objective and multi-constraint programming problem is difficult to be solved directly,the hierarchical solution method is used to generate the optimal scheme.Results show that the method can simplify the generation and optimization of the operation scheme,the optimal scheme is in good agreement with the actual operation diagram,the hierarchical solution method can generate the optimal scheme within a relatively short iteration period with improved efficiency,and it can provide reference for improving the efficiency of intercity railway train operation scheme and effectively guide the design of passenger transport organization under network conditions.
