摘　　要：CRTSⅢ型无砟轨道板精调传统作业方式以人工操作为主,劳动强度大、受工人主观因素影响较强。为提高无砟轨道施工的自动化和智能化水平,研发了可远程控制,具备自动化测量、轨道板姿态调整量计算、轨道板几何形位自动调整的轨道板智能精调系统,其由测量子系统、伺服驱动子系统、管控平台等部分组成。运用精调测量手簿实现了远程无线控制全站仪进行精调测量,实现了以轨道板铺设精准三维坐标为驱动的轨道板智能精调作业。提出轨道板的三相精调器结构,进一步提升了精调的稳定性。构建精调管控平台,实现了精调全过程的监控、分析,为精调管理提供了信息化手段。该系统相比传统工艺在施工效率、精度方面具有明显提升,同时降低了劳动强度,提升了施工智能化水平,对建设智能高速铁路起到一定支撑作用。The traditional operation mode of CRTSⅢ slab track fine adjustment is mainly manual operation with high labor intensity and it is greatly affected by workers’subjective factors.In order to improve the automation and intelligent level of slab track construction,the intelligent fine adjustment system of slab with remote control,automatic measurement,calculation of slab attitude adjustment and automatic adjustment of slab geometry and position has been developed,which is composed of measurement subsystem,servo drive subsystem,control platform and other parts.The remote wireless control total station is used to carry out the fine adjustment measurement by using the fine adjustment measurement manual,and the intelligent fine adjustment operation of the slab driven by the accurate three-dimensional coordinates of track slab laying is realized.A new three-phase fine tuning structure of slab is proposed,which further improves the stability of fine tuning.The fine adjustment management and control platform is constructed,which fulfills the monitoring and analysis of the whole process of fine adjustment,and provides information means for fine adjustment management.Compared with the traditional technology,this system has significant improvement in construction efficiency and accuracy,reduces labor intensity,improves the intelligent level of construction,and plays a supporting role in the construction of intelligent high-speed railway.
