摘　　要：基于对北京老城微花园参与式设计共建持续7年的研究,并通过一系列落地实践,对微花园城市绿色微更新设计治理途径进行了阶段性和体系化探索。北京老城微花园城市绿色微更新,将“微花园”作为一种设计治理手段,以“小微空间”和“人”为更新对象,以“1+N+∞”为更新模式,通过搭建社区营造和社会治理平台、组织参与式设计工作坊和共同营造、建立共治共享的认领认养和后期维护机制等更新路径,总结出一套具有可行性、创新性和系统性的,从社区辐射到街区的,适应于北京老城区居民日常生活和可持续存量发展的城市绿色微更新途径。In the past seven years,the team has conducted continuous research on the participatory design and co-construction of micro gardens in the old city of Beijing,and conducted phased and systematic exploration of the governance approach of green micro renewal design in micro garden cities through a series of many practices.The urban green micro renewal of micro garden in Beijing’s old city takes “micro garden” as a means of design and governance,takes “small and micro space” and “people” as the renewal objects,and takes “1 + N + ∞” as the renewal mode,through the establishment of community construction and social governance platform,the organization of participatory design workshops and joint construction,and the establishment of co-governance and shared claim,adoption and later maintenance mechanism.This paper summarizes a set of feasible,innovative and systematic urban green micro renewal approaches,which radiate from the community to the block and adapt to the daily life and sustainable stock development of residents in the old urban area of Beijing.
